Raid Estates

A Raid Estate enclosed by its warning fixtures and perimeter

An estate is a hostile property deliberately offered for raiding. The ring of municipal robots, lights and speakers makes its intentions fairly clear. I appreciate a building that advertises the argument before one climbs through its window.

Choose the property

Use the map, carried-device notices or Island Computer listings to check difficulty and remaining time. Public estates range from easier sites through Nightmare. Their defenses, contents and lifetime vary; the outer map circle is larger than the actual combat boundary.

The robots, searchlights and speakers mark the operation. They are protected fixtures, not targets or spare furniture.

Breach and participate

Bring a way through the building, ammunition for defenses and enough carrying space for interior loot. Permanent construction is blocked at designated raid sites; approved wood ladders and siege tools can be used during an active raid.

Meaningful damage, taking interior rewards or accepted ladder/siege placement registers participation. Simply standing inside does not. Participants draw increased Wanderer pressure during the operation; leaving can retain it for 120 seconds, while completion clears that operation's modifier.

To damage an estate turret through ordinary player attacks, be inside the actual boundary. A long shot from outside can be denied. AC-130 support has its own validated estate targeting.

Destroy the cupboard

The Tool Cupboard is the completion objective. Killing every defender is not a separate victory requirement. Public interior loot and the completion cache are shared, without an exclusive first-attacker or team claim. Discuss how to divide the find before the cupboard goes down.

Clear the demolition ground

Victory starts the finale: two flare passes, then two twelve-round MLRS salvos. The ordinary gaps are two minutes after the first pass and one minute after the second. Listen for the perimeter's danger alarm and leave the destructive area. The bombardment can kill players.

The completion cache survives demolition; estate structures and leftover interior stores do not. Waiting beside the original loot room is therefore a poor collection strategy.

Collect the cache

A completion crate appears on reachable ground and auto-hacks for ten seconds. Its ten-minute shared loot window begins after unlocking. Current completion contents include:

The interior loot and completion cache are public physical rewards, not exclusive team claims or one copy per participant.

The victory finale currently includes 2 MLRS salvos of 12 rounds. Warning aircraft and live ordnance can remain dangerous after the win.

An expired, unconquered estate may be demolished by aircraft; expiry does not earn the victory cache.

Action / signal What follows
Damage the estate, open interior reward storage, or place an approved raid tool Qualifies participation; presence alone does not.
Destroy the estate tool cupboard Wins the estate and starts its reward deployment and demolition warnings.
Reward crate settles and automatically hacks A 10-second remainder unlocks the shared cache; then its 10-minute collection window starts.
Final evacuation warning Leave the estate before lethal demolition. The reward crate survives; remaining estate structures do not.

When nobody wins

An unconquered estate eventually expires. Some expiries call an AC-130 demolition before closing. That is closure, not a completed raid, and does not promise a cupboard-victory cache. Move away when the public interaction closes and the finale begins.
